I usually try to post my Project Life layouts on Fridays, but this week it was impossible because I received my pictures on Monday, 6/2, after ordering them a week ago. It usually only takes a few days, but Postal Pix is upfront about the fact that the turn-around during holidays (Memorial Day, in this case) is longer.
The wait wasn't bad, but I did realize that I'm definitely in love with Project Life and was missing it last week! (Am I the only one?)
I used Elise Blaha's THIS stamp (not available anymore) in addition to a Seafoam Core Kit card & cut-outs from that edition as well. The rain cloud came from a free printable, and I hand wrote and cut out 'nature' to glue onto my picture.
Not a huge fan of this picture of me (Jennifer looks great, though!) but one day I'll look back on it and be glad that I have it- and won't be worried about how I think I look! It's the memories that matter.
I ordered these printable quote embellishments the other day and printed them on 3 different colored paper, and for this one, I cut it out in a heart shape and stitched it on. I'm obsessed with hand stitching.
I searched Google to find some printable PL cards, and came up with this awesome link to over 100 printable card links! That's where the sunshine card came for- it's perfect! I also downloaded free quote cards from Elise Blaha, because I needed another reason to love her.
Let me know if you have any questions & feel free to post a direct link to your Project Life layouts- I love looking at them! (: Don't forget to follow me on Bloglovin', Twitter and Pinterest if you like what you see on my blog. (And now on Instagram - I am SO late to the party.)
