While I this picture looks bright enough on my phone and while editing it on my phone (probably where my mistake is), I brightened it up even more... it came out on my computer like this and I'm not sure how exactly to fix it. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
I picked up the idea for a hand-stitching letter card from Amy Tangerine. However, I added my own twist with the watercolors, heart, and of course, the Japanese. It says "thank you very much!"
There are so many fun ways you can make this card! The watercolor opportunities are endless. Or, if you want more of a basic feel, Amy's card is awesome too. I will say that it took me longer than expected to complete the card- the hand stitching is no joke! I just watched episodes of Catfish while I worked. (;
When opened, the card has the stitching design on it, so it's advised that you glue a picture over it and write underneath the picture like normal. The top inside part of the card is usually dead space so the picture kills two birds with one stone! I don't have a picture glued yet because I'm waiting for my pictures to arrive through the mail.
